In this role, you will deliver comprehensive project and administrative support, including preparing documentation and managing confidential materials. As the first point of contact, you will ensure efficient operations and facilitate communication between senior staff and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate activities and meetings for senior staff
• Handle report reviews and disseminate information
• Prepare and record minutes for meetings
• Manage financial tasks including bookkeeping duties
• Create and analyze databases for project tracking
Requirements:
