Hydrogeologist (Senior Member, Groundwater Team)Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.At EXP, we are a team of engineers, architects, designers, scientists, and creators committed to providing creative solutions for the built and natural environments.Position OverviewLeading technical, project, and client leadership across a broad range of assignments including complex infrastructure and municipal projects.ResponsibilitiesPartnering with clients to understand their needs and deliver practical, value‑driven solutions.Leading and shaping scopes of work for public and private clients on small‑to‑large‑scale infrastructure projects.Managing and executing hydrogeological studies such as groundwater resource development, construction dewatering programmes, pump test design, geothermal system assessments, sewer discharge agreements, and Permit to Take Water (PTTW) applications.Project management and coordination of site investigation and compliance programmes.Budget oversight, cost control, and invoicing.Coordinating and supervising field programmes.Reviewing and guiding the technical work of junior and intermediate staff.Preparing and reviewing high‑quality technical reports.Supporting proposal development and contributing to business growth.QualificationsUniversity degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, or a related discipline (Master’s degree is an asset).10+ years of experience in physical hydrogeology.Strong field‑based experience in groundwater supply, hydrogeological investigations,
