This position reports to the General Manager, Commercial Property Management and plays a key leadership role in supporting Real Estate Operations across a large and diverse portfolio of industrial and commercial properties.ResponsibilitiesSupport the General Manager in executing operational and financial strategies for the industrial and commercial property portfolioOversee day-to-day property management activities to ensure assets are operated efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standardsCollaborate closely with the Building Operations department to ensure timely maintenance, repairs, capital improvements, and overall building performanceMonitor financial performance of properties, including operating expenses, recoveries, and variance analysis, and report findings to the General ManagerAssist with annual budgets, forecasts, and year-end reconciliations and recoveriesEnsure lease administration functions are carried out accurately, including rent billing, escalations, recoveries, and compliance with lease termsSupport tenant relations by addressing escalated concerns, fostering strong long-term relationships, and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfactionParticipate in property inspections to identify operational risks, maintenance issues,



and opportunities for improvementAssist with leasing and marketing efforts for vacant industrial and commercial spaces in coordination with the Leasing teamHelp develop, implement, and maintain property management processes, policies, and proceduresEnsure consistency and compliance with internal controls, reporting standards, and company policiesProvide leadership, guidance, coaching, and performance management to property management staffIdentify opportunities for operational efficiencies, cost savings, and service improvements across the portfolioSupport special projects and initiatives related to Real Estate Operations as requiredRequired Knowledge and Experience5–8 years of progressive experience in Industrial and/or Commercial Property ManagementStrong understanding of commercial real estate operations, tenant relations, and lease administrationDemonstrated leadership experience with the ability to support, mentor, and develop team membersExperience working collaboratively with Building Operations, Leasing, and Finance teamsWorking knowledge of budgeting, operating expenses, recoveries, and financial reporting in commercial real estateExperience with YARDI (Voyager 7S) considered a strong assetStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectivelySound judgment and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate operational and financial riskEffective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholdersProficient in MS Word, Excel, and OutlookReliable vehicle required for travel to various propertiesAODA StatementTGA Group encourages applications from all qualified individuals.
