The successful candidate will also lead a small team with one direct report, the Assistant Controller, along with four additional indirect reports.The Corporate Controller is entrusted with leading day-to-day accounting and financial reporting, as well as assisting with Financial Planning & Analysis for the organization. Partnering with cross-functional teams, the Corporate Controller will have a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of financial statements and the management of month-end close processes.You will work closely with all levels of the organization to ensure all relevant financial tasks are under the purview of the Finance Team. This will include reviewing and enhancing financial processes, improving reporting accuracy and using innovative approaches to support TCT’s strategic initiatives.An in-depth understanding of ASPE, IFRS, budgeting and forecasting, and business acumen, is key to success.
