Role Description

This is a part-time on-site position for a Beauty Specialist located in Calgary, AB. The Beauty Specialist will provide expert advice and personalized product recommendations to customers, assist with the upkeep of the beauty department, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities also include staying informed about the latest beauty trends, promoting loyalty programs,



and ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience. Collaboration with colleagues to meet sales goals is essential.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, and beauty trends
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to advise on personalized beauty solutions and recommend suitable products
- Sales and promotional experience within the retail or beauty industry
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with loyalty programs and an ability to engage customers
- Previous experience in a beauty-focused retail workplace is an asset
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Additional certification in cosmetology or skincare is a plus
