This role focuses on designing, building, and scaling automation frameworks while embedding quality across the software development lifecycle. You will work closely with cross‐functional teams to deliver high‐quality, reliable, and scalable solutions through continuous testing and automation.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java for web applicationsDesign and implement scalable test automation frameworks (TestNG)Architect reusable automation libraries and customized test harnessesBuild and maintain API test scripts (Postman / REST services)Develop and execute automated regression and sanity test packsDesign and automate test data management processesLeverage BDD frameworks such as Cucumber / GherkinIdentify test scenarios, create test cases, and capture required test dataBuild reusable test assets to improve efficiency and coverageManage test environments, releases, and QA deploymentsCollaborate with IT, business stakeholders,



and product teams during testing phasesParticipate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous integration/testing practicesContribute to deployment readiness and support release activitiesWHO WE'RE LOOKING FORBachelor's degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline7+ years of superior expertise in managing automation test projects6+ years of experience using Selenium, Java and Postman; built automation framework from scratch to aid with regression and other repeatable testsDeep experience with configuration management / version control systems (e.G., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.Proven experience in automation testing with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Java.Team lead experience with offshore – onshore modelAbility to work in a energetic environment and come up with solutions to meet project needsClient facing experience with strong written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesThe selected candidates must be comfortable going into the office multiple times throughout a week.NICE TO HAVEExperience with Appium or mobile test automationExposure to REST Assured or advanced API testing toolsFamiliarity with GitHub Copilot or AI‐assisted development toolsCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
