We are seeking a goal driven, customer focused, Wireless Team Member to join our team. A part-time opportunity is available.

Responsibilities

- Proactively engaging with current and existing customers in-store, by phone, and online to drive sales.
- Promoting wireless and home services with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Completing wireless activations, upgrades, and in-home services with precision and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a sales-driven environment, but will train the right candidate.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive, customer-first approach.
- Motivated by performance-based rewards and excited by the chance to earn commissions and bonuses.




- Tech-savvy & eager to stay current on the latest wireless and home service products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem solving skills.
- Proficient with computer systems including MS Office 365 (Teams, Excel, Word), experience with iQmetrix is an asset.
- Due to the nature of the business, there may be times when team member is required to work alone.
- Flexible availability, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
