This is a replacement hire, stepping into an established role with existing systems, processes, and a strong technical foundation already in place.In this role, you will guide, support, and evolve a DevOps function responsible for the reliability, security, and scalability of cloud-based SaaS environments. You will work closely with development, security, compliance, and support teams to ensure the platform operates smoothly and can scale alongside business growth. This is a hands‐on leadership role with a strong emphasis on automation, collaboration, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support a DevOps function within a multidisciplinary infrastructure and security teamDesign, plan, and coordinate infrastructure initiatives, including upgrades, migrations, and recent technology implementationsPartner closely with software development teams to adapt infrastructure practices to evolving product needsImprove CI/CD pipelines through enhanced automation and GitOps practicesManage and execute deployments across cloud environmentsStrengthen monitoring, observability, and alerting to proactively identify performance and security issuesContinuously improve system stability, scalability, and cost visibilityCollaborate cross‐functionally with development, security, compliance, and support stakeholdersContribute to technical documentation, architecture reviews,
and internal knowledge sharingWhat We're Looking ForStrong experience in a DevOps or Infrastructure role within a SaaS or cloud-based environmentHands‐on expertise with Kubernetes and containerized workloadsExperience deploying and supporting SaaS platforms in a public cloud environment (Azure preferred)Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Pulumi preferred; Terraform or similar also considered)Experience with GitOps and deployment orchestration tools (e.G., ArgoCD or equivalent)Solid understanding of microservices architecture, networking, security, and scalability conceptsStrong communication skills and comfort collaborating with technical and non‐technical stakeholdersLeadership mindset with the ability to align teams toward shared technical goalsComfortable working in English; bilingual French/English is a strong assetThis role is a replacement.To support a fair and efficient hiring experience, we may use AI-assisted tools for administrative tasks like note‐taking or scheduling.
