Job Summary

Responsible for supervising tour guides, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring high-quality guest experiences in a fast-paced tourism environment.

Main Duties

- Supervise and coordinate tour guides and staff
- Train, coach, and evaluate employees
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Participate in tours when required
- Report operational updates to management

Employment Requirements

- Secondary school required
- 1–2 years experience in tourism or hospitality
- Supervisory experience preferred




- Solid communication and leadership skills

Work Conditions

- Outdoor work in extreme weather (−30°C or below)
- Evening and night shifts required
- Physically active role

Languages

- English required
- Additional languages (Mandarin, Cantonese) are assets

Additional Requirements

- Valid driver’s license Class 4 preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification an asset

Eligibility

- Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or temporary residents with a valid Canadian work permit
