site conditions, and operational needsWinter OperationsParticipating in snow and ice management services as requiredOperating winter equipment, which may include pickup or larger trucks with plows and spreaders, skid steers, and loadersUsing hand tools such as shovels, snow blowers, backpack blowers, and handling de‑icing materials safelyJob RequirementsMinimum 2 years of commercial landscape maintenance experience (required)Previous experience leading or guiding a crew is strongly preferredValid driver's license, a clean driver's abstract & experience driving trucks with trailersComfortable operating landscape maintenance equipmentStrong plant identification skills (preferred)Horticulture education or certification is an asset, but not requiredPhysically fit and able to perform outdoor work in all weather conditionsAble to lift and carry up to 50 lbsAvailable for winter on‑call snow and ice managementReliable, organized, and professional with strong communication skillsLegally entitled to work in CanadaBenchmark Landscape Management is committed to creating an inclusive and respectful workplace.
