Location: Remote, anywhere in Canada or if local to an office, hybrid - Kingston, Toronto, or MontrealThe total target compensation (TTC) range, including salary and target bonus, is $78,698 - $125,350. This TTC range is applicable to permanent roles only. We are actively seeking candidates to fill a current, open position.The Distribution Practices Consultant supports the distribution teams in all lines of business by developing and delivering services designed to efficiently promote distribution partner best practices; meet the Company’s regulatory obligations; and manage risk associated with the Company’s distribution channels. participate in the implementation of practical solutions designed to support the Company's compliance with all distribution-related regulatory requirements and industry and corporate standards to help manage the Company's legal, regulatory, and reputational riskProvide cost effective distribution risk management support to business units through the development and implementation of compliance and risk management standards and measures designed to enable proactive distribution risk management activitiesDeliver engaging and informative presentations to distributors through webinars and in-person presentationsMonitor Distribution Partner contract obligations, market conduct, standard criteria, use of company logo, block reviews, report creation and make recommendations for remedial actionProvide knowledgeable and practical advice to business unit partners on Distribution Partner compliance requirementsDistribute Compliance Review Surveys (CRS) and Annual Compliance Certifications to Distribution Partners; review and analyze results to determine course of actionConduct desk and on-site reviews and develop a detailed report on findings and recommendations; forward recommendationsto the Distribution Partner and follow up on action plans; collaborate with Distribution Partners regarding the recommendations; provide resource information and assistance for implementation into their practices.Communicate with sales teams and Distribution Partners on existing,
