This firm is located steps from the TTC/Subway and close to Highway 401. This role will work alongside a senior partner with an outstanding reputation within the legal community. This role is available due to a retirement.In this role you will work within the commercial real estate / financial lending practice, carrying out sophisticated transactions. You will ensure client expectations, instructions and requests are satisfied in a timely manner while maintaining positive client relationships. Private lending experience will be considered.Your responsibilities and duties will include:Filing openingDrafting documents for LendersConducting property, PPSA,
