You will collaborate with volunteers, manage fundraising advocacy, and maintain a robust administrative framework. Upholding the organization's policies and contributing to team efforts is crucial for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging programs for youth development
• Build relationships with youth and advocate for their needs
• Complete regular administrative duties and reports
• Participate in staff retreats and training sessions
• Engage in fundraising activities and community outreach
Requirements:
• Fully aligned with Youth Unlimited YFC’s mission
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal
• Preferred post-secondary education background
• Successful Criminal Reference Check required
