The Manager is responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy across business lines with a solid focus on Direct Investing (Qtrade). This role will be responsible for content creation, community management, influencer partnerships, and real‐time engagement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards. As a key member of the marketing team, this role builds collaborative relationships across teams and departments to amplify campaigns and support organizational growth.Who you are:Service – You put your clients' needs first. You proactively encourage collaboration, build trust and inclusion, and work to establish effective relationships both inside and outside of the organizationWhat your day looks like:Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement a multi‐brand social media strategy aligned with business goals and audience needsLead the creation of platform‐specific strategies for Meta, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging channelsBuild and manage a content calendar that supports campaigns, product launches, and brand storytellingContent Creation & ExecutionDevelop engaging, compliant content (posts, videos, reels, shorts, etc.)



tailored to each platform and audienceCollaborate with internal creative teams and external partners to produce high‐quality multimedia contentEnsure content is optimized for performance and aligned with brand tone and visual identityCommunity EngagementMonitor and engage with audiences across platforms to build community and trustIdentify and collaborate with influencers and creators to extend reach and relevanceStay on top of trends, conversations, and sentiment to inform content and engagement strategiesFoster an active and engaged community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions with authenticityIdentify and engage with influencers, fintech writers, and brand ambassadors to expand reach. Build relationships with influencers and partners to encourage user‐generated content and mentionsMonitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to stay aheadAnalytics & OptimizationTrack and analyze performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and inform continuous improvementExperiment with new content formats, posting strategies, and advertising tactics to enhance performance; Conduct testing and audience segmentation to refine targeting and messagingDeliver regular reports with insights and recommendations to stakeholdersManage social media tools for publishing, listening, and analyticsCollaboration & GovernancePartner with compliance, legal, and brand teams to ensure all content meets regulatory and brand standardsSupport integrated marketing campaigns by aligning social media with broader initiatives. Collaborate with marketing teams on paid social campaigns to drive brand awareness, activation and acquisitionYour experience and skills:5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with 2+ years in financial services or a regulated industryBachelor's degree in business/marketing, public relations, communications or a related fieldProven track record of building and executing successful social strategies across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and YouTubeProficiency in social management platforms such as Brandwatch, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social, with the ability to analyze performance dataStrong content development skills, including video and short‐form storytellingAnalytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision.Excellent collaboration, and project management skillsFluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an assetKnowledge of compliance considerations in financial marketing is an assetHighly organized, detail‐oriented, and results‐drivenWhy Aviso?At Aviso, you will find a dynamic and inclusive culture that rewards innovation and celebrates success.Your InformationBy submitting your application, you consent to the collection, use,
