We're looking for a Sales & Support Specialist to be the friendly, capable voice of our business — helping customers place orders, solve problems, and come back again. This is a support-first role with light sales work (quotes, reorders, follow-ups). You won't be cold-calling all day. You will be the person customers trust when they need help fast. WHAT YOU'LL DO (~60% support / ~40% sales support):Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, live chat, and social messagesHelp customers with online orders, order status, shipping questions, and reprints/quality issuesProvide light technical support — file uploads, artwork basics, gang sheet / online ordering questions (training provided)Prepare quotes and follow up on open inquiriesSupport reorders and repeat business with existing accountsKeep customer notes and follow-ups organized in our CRM / tracking systemRepresent 3Thirty3 professionally — transparent, calm,
