Repair and Maintenance Coordinator – Fredericton, NBClosing date: May 4th 2026.Role OverviewThe Repair and Maintenance Coordinator will serve as a liaison between corporate stores and vendors for all repair and maintenance functions. The role ensures that stores remain safe, operational, and well maintained, delivering an excellent experience to teams and customers. Responsibilities include coordinating unplanned and routine repairs, managing preventative maintenance programs, developing budgets, and building relationships with contractors, landlords, and retail teams.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack and manage the Corporation’s repair & maintenance program, including overall budget.Schedule and coordinate unplanned repairs such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and equipment.Administer preventative maintenance programs through vendors, review PM reports, prioritize deficiencies, and action corrective repairs.Prepare financial analysis, lifecycle analysis, and related reporting.Build and maintain client relationships with contractors, landlords, and retail teams.Schedule and coordinate routine and corrective maintenance activities.Process documentation and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Control operational spending,



identifying opportunities to reduce costs without compromising operations.Coordinate building inspections with inspectors and vendors; maintain accuraterecords of annual inspections.Qualifications – Required5+ years managing budgets, invoicing, and relationships.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong computer skills and knowledge of databases and relevant software (Outlook, Excel, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).Project management experience for small to medium‑scale projects.Qualifications – DesiredExperience in a trade, retail, or supply chain environment.Understanding of budget management.Trade certificate or technical diploma.Bilingualism in both official languages (asset but not required).Work Location & TravelThe Retail Operations Centre is located in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
