As the Payroll Analyst at Labatt, you will be instrumental in maintaining the accuracy of payroll for both unionized and non-unionized employees. Your responsibilities will include conducting audits and addressing payroll-related issues, while actively supporting our team with fresh ideas. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end payroll processes efficiently
• Conduct audits to ensure processing accuracy
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and questions
• Process accruals and manage employee benefits
• Drive enhancements in payroll systems and processes
Requirements:
• Completion of Post-Secondary Diploma, PCP Designation preferred
• Hands-on experience in full-cycle payroll
• Bilingual French and English proficiency
• Knowledge of applicable payroll standards
• Familiarity with Dayforce or Workday is advantageous
