Working closely with Inclusive Education Coordinators, Principals, and the Educational Leadership Team, this role supports the alignment, sustainability, and continuous improvement of inclusive practices grounded in Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and responsive instruction.This position ensures that inclusive education programs and services align with Ministry of Education requirements, best practices, and school policies. The Associate Director provides oversight of inclusive education structures, documentation, and funding processes; supports consistent andmeaningful IEP development and implementation; and mentors Inclusive Education Coordinators and staff.The role also contributes to staffing processes related to Educational Assistants and Inclusive Education, supports student referrals and services,
