We are known for delivering thoughtful, high-quality design solutions across a range of projects. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced HR professional to support our team. We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Representative to manage and support all core HR functions. This is a standalone, part-time role ideal for a seasoned HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, creative environment and can operate both strategically and hands-on. The position is hybrid, working out of our Midhurst office at least 1 day per week. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of HR experience,



preferably within a mid-sized company Strong knowledge of Ontario employment laws and HR best practices Proven ability to work independently and manage a full HR function Excellent interpersonal and communication skills High level of discretion and professionalism CHRP/CHRL designation considered an asset Detailed Role & Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day HR operations for a team of ~30 employees Lead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook Conduct reviews and provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution Ensure compliance with Ontario employment standards and regulations Manage compensation, benefits coordination, and HR record-keeping Support leadership with organizational planning and HR strategy Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture Why Join Us?
