Summary of the RoleEstablish content strategy based on customer personas and journeys. This position is responsible for the strategic monitoring, analysis, and reporting of social media conversations to generate actionable insights that inform organic social media strategy, content development, brand reputation management, and competitive intelligence. The ideal candidate is a data-driven storyteller who is an expert in turning qualitative social chatter into quantitative business intelligence, with a particular emphasis on nuanced platforms like Reddit.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a comprehensive social listening program using tools such as Talkwalker and Hootsuite.Monitor and analyze conversations on key social platforms (with a strong focus on Reddit) to identify trends, sentiment, and emerging narratives related to Thomson Reuters, our competitors, and the industry.Translate raw data into actionable insights, preparing regular intelligence reports and ad-hoc analyses for marketing leadership, content teams, and other business units.Collaborate with the organic social media team to apply insights to Audience and Engagement Optimization (AEO), shaping content that resonates with target audiences and platform algorithms.Serve as the subject matter expert on social listening tools and methodologies, providing training and support to the broader team.Identify and elevate potential reputational risks or crisis situations discovered through social listening.Track and measure the impact of social listening initiatives on key business objectives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role,
