Summary

Lead the store team at Pacific Centre to drive sales growth, exceed KPIs, and deliver an exceptional luxury menswear customer experience. Oversee daily operations, events, vendor relations, and digital sales initiatives while coaching and developing sellers. This role requires strong commercial acumen and a hands‑on leadership approach to elevate team performance and client loyalty.

Responsibilities

- Achieve and exceed top-line sales goals and store KPIs through data‑driven planning and execution.
- Analyze performance data to identify sales opportunities, drive client acquisition, and maximize retention.
- Coach, develop, and mentor sellers and coaches; manage onboarding, training, and regular assessments.
- Oversee store operations including payroll and expense management, loss prevention, health and safety, and scheduling.
- Plan and execute events, trunk shows, and promotions in coordination with buying, marketing, and visual teams.




- Serve as primary contact for client issues and ensure a consistently exceptional in‑store workplace.
- Recruit, hire, and retain high‑performing team members and develop succession plans.

Requirements

- Minimum 4+ years of retail experience with senior leadership capacity in managing a store or department.
- Demonstrated track record of improving sales KPIs and executing sales strategies that drive measurable results.
- Experience in coaching, developing, and improving team performance, including documented coaching and performance plans.
- Familiarity with luxury menswear departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing, and made‑to‑measure.
- Flexible availability including standard retail hours, weekends, and the ability to open and close the store.
- Strong business acumen, communication skills, and the ability to execute business plans and company initiatives.
