Responsibilities





- Prepare and execute line cook duties to create the restaurant’s signature dishes using high-quality locally sourced ingredients in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service team to ensure timely and accurate guest experiences.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain organized and detail-oriented.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and pride in delivering high-quality food.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen and follow established procedures.

- Pay range: $18.85 - $20.00 (Exclusive of tip pool).
