The position works closely with advisors, plan administrators, and internal teams to understand client needs, deliver group benefits solutions, and support ongoing account management while meeting sales and retention goals. Responsibilities Deliver measurable client success outcomes using creative, innovative approaches Manage the entire sales cycle and grow a designated portfolio of client accounts Achieve sales results and close new business opportunities Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions Build and maintain the advisor and plan administrator relationship Develop and implement account strategies to meet sales targets Conduct sales presentations and deliver proposals Provide ongoing reporting,
