The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 3 years of experience in mental health nursing. You'll conduct assessments, collaborate on care plans, and deliver health education programs. Your role will involve administering medications, documenting patient changes, and participating in community health initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients and recommend appropriate interventions
• Collaborate on planning and evaluating patient care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document changes in patient conditions
• Provide supportive counseling and life skills programming
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• 2-3 years of mental health nursing experience
• CPR and Mental Health First Aid Certificates
• Licensed Registered Nurse in BC
• Solid oral and written communication skills
