We win together as one team.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for quality and quantity produced in one or multiple production departments.Ensure safety, productivity, quality, and housekeeping goals are obtained.Fulfill the total amount of units to be built in accordance with the production plan.Participates in New Products Introduction.Coordinate production activities, people, processes, and materials to complete production schedules according to process specifications.Direct workers on handling the workflow.Direct multi-functions in manufacturing as well as improvements for one or multiple departments.Ensure the accomplishment of the SMS System and promote safety behaviours.Check the availability of materials.Supervise and mentor new supervisors.QualificationsSpecialized Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Engineering Degree, Lean Six Sigma, New Product Introduction Process, and participate in internal and external corrective action processes.Excellent software applications skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,
