As an Occupational Therapist, you will assess clients, develop tailored treatment plans, and accurately document clinical information. Your collaboration with interdisciplinary team members will be essential for client engagement and education about treatment options. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct client assessments and establish treatment objectives
• Document treatment progress and create discharge plans
• Collaborate with health team members for optimal client care
• Educate clients and caregivers on treatment approaches
• Engage in continuous education and safety activities
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
• Active registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• At least three years of therapy service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Valid driver's license is required
