Responsibilities:
- Assemble automotive components and parts
- Load materials and components onto production lines
- Inspect parts for quality and defects
- Follow safety and production procedures
- Support general production activities as assigned
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications and Skills:
- No experience required; training provided
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Full-time availability
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand, bend, crouch, twist, and perform repetitive tasks throughout an 8-hour shift
- Clear criminal background check
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
