As part of the team at Polytainers, the Production Packer will report to the Molding Cell Leader and handle the packing of molded production parts. Key Responsibilities:
• Pack molded components into boxes accurately
• Conduct quality inspections and report defects
• Assemble and label boxes as required
• Perform line clearance during product transitions
• Ensure cleanliness in the packing area and manage scraps
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environments
• Proficient communication skills in English
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
