while ensuring candidate and customer experience is maximizedBuild and nurture productive working relationships with Hiring Managers and Human Resource Business PartnersCollaborate with a team of recruiters to enhance current recruitment processes and improve both candidate and client experiencesMaintain computer-based applicant tracking systems (ATS) and efficiently leverage recruitment technologies to uncover the best talentFoster positive relationships with candidates through outreach, screening and interviews, building diverse lead pipelines for current and future openingsQualificationsDegree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experienceDeep understanding of sourcing, headhunting, and recruitment pipeline development strategies and techniquesMinimum of 5 years managing the entire recruitment process; A blend of agencyand corporate recruitment preferredTrusted partner to hiring managers and HRBPs, with exceptional communication skills and a customer service-oriented approachProficiency with headhunting and sourcing including using Boolean and X-ray searchesFamiliarity with recruitment management software, sourcing and screening tools, and recruitment technologies; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is beneficialExperience recruiting within Mining or a similar heavy industrial sector an assetExperience recruiting Technology professionals is an assetStrong digital literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including MS365Spanish language fluency is preferredPay Range:CAD $85,000 - $105,000 per yearThe actual amount offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
