Become a vital part of our Sources Community Living Services team as a Casual Community Living Worker. Engage, support, and foster independence for individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism in a variety of shifts.
This role requires your passion for aiding people within a collaborative team framework. You will be engaging with clients, guiding and coaching them towards a better quality of life. Your tasks will include maintaining safety protocols, building relationships, and supporting clients with dignity and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Aid individuals in daily activities and social participation
• Work collaboratively with team members
• Maintain a protected work environment for all
• Monitor progress and keep detailed notes
Requirements:
• Empathy and self-awareness in client interactions
• Initiative and integrity in work practices
• Valid driver's license for community support
• Knowledge of mental health and disabilities
• Physical ability to assist in various activities
