You partner with teams across Inline Apparel Design and Advanced Concepts to deliver comprehensive product solutions that are aligned with Arc'teryx design philosophies. You concept and build projects that may be outside of Arc'teryx current expertise and current know-how, and you push existing product categories beyond where the industry is today. You have a Degree in Apparel Design, Textile Design, Industrial Design or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 8+ years' hands-on experience designing products and 2+ years leading a team or processYou bring your curiosity and passion for product to imagine and build innovative, relevant, and resolved designsYou are an innovative problem solver compelled to figure out new solutions and able to collaboratively partner cross-functionallyYou are a conceptual thinker able to visually communicate ideas efficiently and effectivelyYou have extensive experience with a variety of materials (technical wovens, cut and sew knits, etc.) and manufacturing processes such as seam-sealing, lamination, down and/or synthetic insulation.You have advanced knowledge, skill and ability in mentoring others on processes, patterning, sewing, and construction, with advanced technical and creative skills to pattern and prototype new productsYou have a relationship with, and knowledge of our core sports and you deeply understand the end-user needs of these athletesYou are an excellent team player with the ability to take direction, work with minimal supervisionYou have excellent planning, organizational, problem solving and decision-making skillsYou are technically proficient with 8 years' experience using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or CLO3D, Gerber,

Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training. The upper end of the range is typically reserved for candidates with demonstrated expertise that is above job requirements or who bring exceptional directly transferable experience.
