Senior Consultant, Talent Development and LearningReporting to the Vice‑President, Talent Development and Learning, the Senior Consultant, Talent Development and Learning is a strategic and execution‑focused role responsible for designing, sourcing, and delivering high‑impact learning solutions aligned to PPI’s business objectives. This role serves both advisor‑facing and employee‑facing audiences, with a direct focus on driving measurable outcomes including advisor attraction, engagement, and revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders and departments across PPI to understand their unique learning needs, translating them into structured development solutions and sharing best practices consistently across the organizationDesign, develop, and deliver advisor‑facing and employee‑facing learning programs that directly support revenue growth, onboarding effectiveness, and engagement and retentionAct as an internal consultant, bringing departmental training initiatives to life while harnessing that knowledge to create scalable, organizational‑wide learning experiencesLead and execute multiple projects independently from concept to completion, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations with minimal supervision and consistent delivery against deadlinesImplement a formal talent planning process including key talent identification, and targeted development to promote growth and advancementConduct learning needs assessments to identify priority skill gaps across the organization based on current and future business requirementsDevelop curriculum with a focus on Attracting, Growing,



and Retaining top talent in the industryDesign and source leadership development solutions that promote a coaching culture and equip leaders with the skills and tools to lead high‑performing teamsSupport the rollout and ongoing operation of performance management programs, with a focus on effective goal setting and meaningful performance feedbackCreate and maintain a comprehensive onboarding program across all areas of PPI to accelerate new employee and advisor integrationDesign and produce digital learning content using e‑learning and content creation platforms for internal and advisor‑facing purposesBuild and maintain solid cross‑functional relationships across PPI to facilitate collaboration, buy‑in, and program adoptionSupport diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives aligned with iA strategyDemonstrate behaviors that reflect and align with PPI’s ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments to our advisors, their clients and our employeesEducation, Experience and SkillsMinimum 8–10 years of experience in adult learning, talent development, or a related fieldExperience in or strong exposure to financial services, insurance, or MGA environments preferredBackground in sales, sales enablement,



or advisor‑facing roles considered a strong assetProven ability to independently manage multiple projects from initiation through to completion, consistently meeting deadlines and managing competing prioritiesStrong consultative mindset with the ability to identify business needs and translate them into effective learning solutionsDemonstrated ability to build cross‑functional relationships and drive outcomes through influence rather than authorityExperience with technology platforms and digital content creation tools (e.G., Articulate Storyline, Canva, video production, LMS)Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams to support hybrid and remote program deliveryExcellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organizationSuperior business analysis and problem‑solving skills with the ability to make evidence‑based recommendationsStrong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize and navigate multiple prioritiesResults‑driven with a bias toward strategic action and demonstrated ability to thrive in environments of changeIndustry designations an assetBilingual in French and English (oral and written) considered an assetThis role is for a new position.
