Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive behavioral assessments (e.G., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS).Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff.Analyze data and adjust interventions based on progress.Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to promote generalization of skills across settings.Ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, and ethical guidelines (e.G., BACB, IDEA).Maintain timely clinical documentation, including session notes, progress reports, and data tracking.Support staff professional development through ongoing coaching and case reviews.Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and parent education sessions.QualificationsMaster’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
