We are seeking a passionate Beauty Host to create a sensory beauty experience for guests, focusing on genuine relationships and luxury through L’Occitane’s iconic products. This role is for the holiday season and emphasizes delivering personalized moments in-store.

Responsibilities

- Guest Experience & Hosting: Prioritize each guest as a cherished guest, extending warm hospitality and offering a sensorial experience that fosters genuine connections.
- Keep an Open Mind: Welcome feedback openly, presume positive intentions, and maintain a growth-oriented mindset.
- Let Success Drive You: Support and assist with store operations, policies, and procedures; take initiative to solve problems and put the customer’s needs first.
- Foster a Team Culture: Offer direction, mentorship, and encouragement to colleagues to cultivate a positive and inclusive environment.
- Communicate with Intent: Collaborate and adapt communication styles to suit varied team members and customers.

Qualifications





- Strong communication skills and creative problem-solving ability.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a background in a sales-driven setting.
- Customer satisfaction mindset (internal and external customers).
- Interest in skincare, body care and fragrance is beneficial.
- Adaptability and flexibility are recommended.
- Basic technology skills.
