Join Pala Interactive as a Compliance Analyst contributing to compliance regulation for gaming products. This role requires strong analytical skills and knowledge of gaming regulations in a hybrid work model.
In this position, you will work closely with the Compliance team to ensure all products meet legal standards throughout their lifecycle. You’ll leverage your expertise to manage compliance documentation and collaborate with various teams and regulators. The role demands effective communication, strong organization, and the ability to multitask in a compliance-driven setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review Responsible Gaming & Anti-money Laundering (AML) activities
• Manage regulatory report submissions for North American jurisdictions




• Build relationships with clients for compliance communications
• Oversee compliance assessments and audits
• Research regulatory requirements for North American gaming
Requirements:
• Proven experience in compliance within the gaming industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong research and organizational abilities
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Willingness to be licensed by gaming commissions
