Job OverviewEllisDon is hiring a Junior Graphic Designer to work with the Pursuit Marketing department, ensuring visual consistency across proposals, marketing packages and information documents.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Pursuit Marketing department to develop design tools and projects.Provide graphic design support for proposals, business development and marketing packages.Integrate graphic design into assigned projects, ensuring visual clarity and brand consistency.Create, format and layout creative package artwork, infographics, response templates, presentations.Develop and maintain design schedules and processes to deliver projects on time.Qualifications1+ year of graphic design experience, including co‑op or internship experience, with a portfolio.Degree or diploma in graphic design or equivalent experience.Robust design sensibility, visual layout, clarity and consistency of information.Process skills for scheduling,



coordinating and executing complex design projects under tight timelines.Flexibility to multitask within compressed timeframes.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).Experience with editorial and/or digital design is an asset.SalaryThe salary range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000.Application RequirementsPlease submit a cover letter, résumé and portfolio.
