Lead and inspire youth as a Mentor at BGC Weston Mount Dennis, facilitating event planning and leadership activities. Engage with young participants to foster growth this summer.

As a Mentor in the Event Lab program, you'll take on a crucial role supporting youth aged 13–15. Your responsibilities include conducting workshops on leadership, organizing community events, and nurturing teamwork among participants. This is a transformative opportunity running from June 22 to August 14, aimed at enhancing their readiness for future challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and run workshops for youth participants
• Support Leadership-in-Training initiatives effectively
• Coordinate event planning and execution with youth




• Create engaging and skill-based programming
• Implement safety protocols and maintain a supportive space

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in a youth camp or program
• Experience with structured activity facilitation
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Current First Aid & CPR-C certificate
• Police Reference Check required prior to start

Guide youth towards confidence and qualified growth through mentorship at BGC Weston Mount Dennis.
