About The OpportunityOur client who is a growing, privately held organization is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead tax compliance and planning while providing strategic support across financial planning and analysis. This role requires a combination of technical tax knowledge, solid financial modelling, and analytical capabilities, with the opportunity to influence business decisions and optimize cash and capital management. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organization to ensure compliance, financial stability, and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesLead corporate tax compliance and planning, including provisions and deferred tax calculations.Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial decision-making.Build and maintain financial models to guide operational and strategic initiatives.Partner with Treasury on cash management, liquidity, and intercompany funding.Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and automation.About YouCPA designation.5+ years of progressive experience in tax, FP&A;, financial reporting, or Treasury.Strong knowledge of Canadian corporate tax rules.Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.Experience in budgeting, forecasting,



and variance analysis.About the JobThe salary band for this opportunity is $100,000 to $125,000 depending on relevant previous experience.
