You will routinely measure parts for tolerances using calipers and document findings on a Quality Assurance Report. Physical tasks include lifting materials, maintaining cleanliness, and performing adjustments during production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up machine control panel at shift start
• Check parts tolerance every two hours
• Record findings on Quality Assurance Report
• Stop and adjust machines for tolerance issues
• Lift and move materials as required
Requirements:
• Minimum high school education required
• English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to comply with all safety protocols
• Experience with machine operation preferred
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes
