This individual will be reporting to Collision Operations Manager.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for maintaining a high level of performance and quality of work within the Body Shop DepartmentResponsible for ensuring profitability of the Body Shop departmentOngoing collaboration with other department leadersPlanning and executing on objectives, goals and growth strategiesResponsible for ensuring compliance with process and proceduresMaintain accurate repair order flow to satisfy shop and customer requirementsSupporting and motivating team members, developing a positive work environmentAssigning and monitoring job tasks and providing overall support to technicians, and other shop employees.Manage and schedule the current capacity of repair, maintenance, refurbishment bays, service equipment,
