Nanny & Personal Assistant (Live-Out) Location: West Kelowna (near bridge) About Us: We are a welcoming and busy household in West Kelowna looking for a reliable, nurturing, and proactive nanny/personal assistant to join us long-term. We had a baby girl in late November 2025, and are hoping to have support to help manage our home and assist with business-related tasks. Our household also includes friendly pets who are part of the family (a dog and a cat). Key Responsibilities:
- General home organization
- Meal planning and preparation (healthy, family-style meals)
- Grocery shopping and running errands
- Laundry and housekeeping (vacuuming, dusting, dishes, closet organization, etc.)
- Supporting business-related administrative tasks (e.G., scheduling, organizing documents, notetaking, screening calls)
- Travel to and from Kamloops to support newborn care while in meetings
- Assist with newborn care (feeding support, diaper changes, soothing, etc.)
- Feed, walk, and care for our dog and cat Qualifications:
- Experience as a nanny, personal assistant,



or in a household support role (experience with babies preferred but not required)
- Comfortable with pets and able to provide their daily care
- Robust organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a criminal record check and caregiver screening
- Flexibility in schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed Benefits:
