It is a 4-on 4-off schedule, working from 7:00 amto 7:00 pm, including weekends and holidays.

What You Bring:

- 5-Starcustomer service mindset

- Diplomaor certificate in graphic design
- Minimumof 2 years of professional graphic design experience
- Strongportfolio showing print and digital design
- Proficientin Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Knowledgeof vinyl printing and installation
- Abilityto manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
- Excellentverbal and written communication abilities
- Abilityto multitask and pivot between priorities with ease
- Highattention to detail,



including strong proofreading skills
- Sensitivityand respect for diverse cultural practices
- Abilityto work independently and collaboratively
- Abilityto work weekends and holidays
- Clearand recent background check (Security Clearance)

Your Role as a GraphicsDesigner:

As part of ourdedicated Graphics Design team, you’ll deliver 5-Star Customer Service tofamilies through:

- Designand produce print and digital materials for funeral services, includingprograms, invitations, memorial items, and online content.
- Maintainand enhance the funeral home’s visual identity through consistent brandingpractices.
- Reviewand revise designs based on family or management feedback.
- Createand manage digital content for the company website and social media platforms.
- Workclosely with families to understand preferences and provide guidance on designchoices.
- Collaboratewith staff and other departments to ensure designs meet service and brandingstandards.
- Ensuresensitive, culturally appropriate, and accurate visual representation in allmaterials.
- Assistin covering graphic vacations over weekends and holidays
- Managemultiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromisingquality.
- Maintainorganized files of design work for internal use and archival purposes.
- Assistin the development of marketing materials or presentations as required.
- Performother duties as assigned to support the team and organizational goals.
