ensuring solutions align with industry best practices and CGI delivery frameworksRequired Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role5 years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience, including architecture or senior solution design responsibilities7+ years in the information technology sector, ideally in enterprise environmentsStrong understanding of enterprise and solution architecture concepts, frameworks, and methodologiesBroad technical knowledge across applications, infrastructure, integrations, and telecommunicationsExperience in tiered support environments such as IT Operations (ITOM) or Security Operations (SecOps) is an assetExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and business audiencesA demonstrated drive for excellence and a passion for helping teams and clients achieve their goalsCGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
