Tackpoint LP is an established manufacturer that engineers and produces customized bearings and precision‑machined solutions for industrial applications. We are seeking a hardworking and reliable General Labourer to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.

This is an important support role that helps keep our operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness of the shop floor (sweeping, mopping, spill cleanup)
- Clean machines and surrounding work areas
- Empty chip bins and garbage bins; dispose of waste properly
- Organize and maintain yard and exterior areas
- Assist with basic machine maintenance
- Load/unload parts from gantry systems
- Oil and lubricate parts as required
- Support machinists and other departments as needed
- Perform general shop duties to support daily operations

Qualifications:

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Valuable communication skills
- Comfortable working in a machine shop environment
- Previous shop or industrial experience is an asset, but not required
