At Wesgar, we believe our employees are the key component to producing quality products which in turn allows us to offer our customers with complete solutions.An opportunity to join our growing team has become available and we are currently seeking experienced Welders.Key Responsibilities:Precision weld metal parts using MIG or TIG welding machines and techniquesRead and interpret blueprints or welding process specificationsOperate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment set up and operate Welding Machines correctly, identify machine issues and either fix or report themOperate equipment safely according to their intended useHandle incoming and outgoing parts safely and with care to avoid damage or injuryFollow all safety procedures and wear PPE as requiredAssist with the maintenance and repair of welding,
