• Measure and interpret designs accurately
• Connect wooden components to specifications
• Employ power tools effectively and safely

Requirements:
• Willingness to learn with a robust safety focus
• Detail-oriented and possesses strong communication skills
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and endure varying temperatures
• Relevant framing and power tool experience is an asset
• Construction experience is desirable
