In this position, you will operate under the supervision of the Site Manager and will be responsible for managing metal materials in the yard. Your duties will include unloading trailers, conducting quality inspections, and maintaining accurate inventory records. A minimum of one-year relevant experience is required, and a Class 5 license is advantageous for the role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and sort metals in appropriate locations
• Unload trailers and perform inspections for quality
• Move containers of non-ferrous material efficiently
• Load ferrous products timely for customer orders
• Maintain equipment and perform general upkeep
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
• Class 5 license advantageous
• Mandatory availability for overtime
• Uniform, PPE, boots supplied
• Group health benefits available following 3 months
