This provides strong exposure across all phases of execution—from planning and scheduling through shutdown execution and startup readiness. When you join our True Blue team, you’re part of something bigger.Essential ResponsibilitiesLead field execution of mechanical scopes during turnarounds, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality deliverySupervise and coordinate multi-disciplinary crews (pipefitters, welders, boilermakers, millwrights)Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems, vessels, rotating equipment, and mechanical componentsPlan and execute rigging and lifting activities in compliance with safety standardsDrive daily planning, crew assignments, and workface coordination across disciplinesMonitor progress, productivity, and performance,



proactively addressing schedule or cost impactsChampion HSE compliance by leading safety meetings, toolbox talks, and field observationsCoordinate resources and ensure quality control while communicating effectively with stakeholders and supporting reporting and planning activitiesQualificationsExtensive industrial construction experience in oil & gas or heavy industrial environmentsStrong background in turnaround and shutdown execution with a focus on mechanical scopesProven leadership experience supervising mechanical trades, including pipefitters, welders, boilermakers, and millwrightsIn-depth knowledge of mechanical systems such as piping, vessels, and rotating equipmentSolid understanding of rigging practices and lift planning fundamentalsDemonstrated ability to lead crews in fast-paced, high-pressure industrial or turnaround settingsStrong proficiency in interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and mechanical work packagesEffective leader with strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety excellence and HSE program leadershipWorking ConditionsSite-based position in Fort McMurray,
