Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise in office subcontractors and ensure best practices
• Ensure adherence to Alstom and national safety standards




• Produce Job Hazard Analysis and Work Plans
• Manage access requests and tool inspections
• Facilitate timely progress reporting and shift reviews

Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics
• 5+ years in Signalling field operations and supervision
• Strong knowledge of DD&I; and pre-construction surveys
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Flexibility for travel and working under seasonal conditions
