You will conduct assessments, develop personalized career plans, and connect clients to essential services. Collaboration and communication with local employers will support client placements and enhance financial mobility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct client assessments to identify strengths and barriers
• Develop individualized career plans and support strategies
• Guide clients in job applications, resumes, and interviews




• Connect clients with supportive services through collaboration
• Facilitate job readiness training and workshops
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in education or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years in career services or workforce development
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Familiarity with employment resources and local employer networks
• Commitment to serving a faith-based, nonprofit community
